On this Tuesday morning around half 7 almost a totally dry start to the day across the Western Isles. Some light patchy rain around. Some of this rain is out in the Atlantic near South Uist and Benbecula.
There is plenty of cloud around at 7am this morning but despite this there are some breaks in the cloud allowing for some decent sunshine.
High pressure is firmly in control of our weather for the next few days and possibly longer. Bringing fine and mostly dry conditions.
