On this Sunday morning we are seeing a beautiful start to the day. Plenty of blue skies and sunshine with some stubborn cloud. I say make the most of it because the Atlantic is returning this week.
Across the highlands and islands on Saturday Stornoway was the sunniest with 1.4 hours of sunshine and Harris Quidnish had the highest maximum temperature of 9.4C
Today….. any frost and ice will melt away. We are going to see plenty of sunshine. Wall to wall for some. Stubborn cloud in places. Winds are going to be fairly light. The odd shower cannot be ruled out but most places should stay dry.
Monday…. after a dry settled start winds will increase.
Tuesday….. will be windy with outbreaks of rain.
Wednesday….. will be wet and windy.
