On this Tuesday morning we are seeing rain sweep across the Western Isles it’s heavy and persistent in places. It hasn’t reached the entire Western isles as yet but will in due course.
Across the highlands and islands on Monday south Uist range had the highest maximum temperature of 9.3C
Today – a cloud dominated day. Plenty of rain which be heavy and persistent at times especially across Lewis and Harris. Winds of 20/40 mph. Staying mild.
Wednesday – squally heavy and at times wintry showers. A risk of these being thundery. Some sunny spells in between. Fairly strong winds.
Thursday – wintry showers cold but winds easing.
Friday – fine and dry with some sunshine and frost and ice.
