Saturdays forecast – Fine and dry.

Good evening Western Isles on this Friday evening we are seeing some showers around. But its mostly dry end to the day. A mixture of clear skies and cloud.

Overnight – We are going to see a mostly fine and dry night. A mixture of clear skies and cloud. A few scattered light showers are possible but most places will be dry. Frost and ice is possible. Winds of 5 to 20 mph.

Saturday day – We are going to see plenty of sunshine. Prolonged sunshine at times. Stubborn cloud. The best of the sunshine across Lewis and Harris cloud increasing across the Uists and Barra. It should be mostly dry but the odd shower cannot be ruled out. Risk of frost and ice again as we go into the evening. But staying milder the further south you are. Winds of 0 to 20 mph.

Winds will be South Easterly direction and temps will range from 1C to 7C
