Tuesdays forecast – Overcast dry start then rain later


Good evening Western Isles on this Monday evening we are seeing a band of showers across Lewis, Harris and North Uist. Brisk winds but for the rest its dry with plenty of clear skies.

Overnight – We are going to see a mixture of clear skies and cloud. The odd light shower is possible but most places will be dry. Winds of 5 to 20 mph.

Morning – Is going to be overcast the cloud will dominate. A few sunny spells are possible. Mostly dry and the odd light shower. Winds of 5 to 20 mph.

Afternoon – is going to stay overcast with spells of rain which will become heavier by late afternoon and it will become winder. Winds of 10 to 30 mph.

Evening – We are going to see heavier rain push across the Western Isles. This will be persistent at times. Its going to be windy. Winds of 20 to 40 mph gusting 50 mph.

Winds will be Westerly and North Westerly direction then South Easterly direction and temps will range from 2C to 10C
