Friday 29th Weather Watch

Good afternoon Western isles we are seeing rain moving across the Western isles. This is heavy in places. Brisk winds and plenty of cloud around as today’s view from space highlights.

Saturday will see brisk winds as high pressure stretches across the Western isles. A few showers but plenty of sunshine prolonged at times with variable amounts of cloud .

Sunday will see a cold start with a risk of some frost and ice first thing, but quickly becoming milder as the day goes on. A mixture of sunshine and cloud. A few light showers are possible.

Monday will see a cold front sweep across the Western isles. Introducing colder weather. We are going to see rain which will be heavy at times along with blustery winds.
