Wednesdays forecast – Sunshine and cloud.

Good evening Western Isle on this Wednesday evening we are seeing plenty of clear skies and sunshine. Some cloud. Its dry and we are seeing some moor fires this evening and road closures with the emergency services tackling the blazes. No sign of any decent rainfall for the reminder of this week and into the weekend.

Overnight – we are going to see a fine and dry night. A mixture of clear skies and cloud. Some mist and fog patches are possible. Winds of 0 to 15 mph.

Wednesday day – Fine and dry day. The odd light shower cannot be ruled out but for most it will stay dry. Plenty of cloud but some decent and prolonged sunshine with the best being across the Uists and Barra. A mixture of clear skies and cloud for the late evening. The thickest being across Lewis and Harris. Winds of 0 to 15 mph at times under 10 mph.

Winds will be variable and temps will range from 6C to 11C
