Week ahead – Unsettled start but becoming settled and warmer again.

Atlantic low pressure systems are pushing past the Western Isles a the moment and will do for the next day of so before things become more settled again and hopefully milder.
Tuesday – Overcast with showers some of these heavy at times. Windy but winds easing down as the day goes on. Some sunny spells. Winds of 20 to 4 0 mph gusting 50 mph in the early hours across the Uists and Barra. Winds from the SE and temps of 7C to 12C
Wednesday – Fine and dry with plenty of cloud and some sunny spells. Staying breezy. Winds of 10 to 30 mph from the South East. Temps of 5C to 14C
Thursday –  A mixture of sunshine and cloud. It should be dry. Winds will be from the SE around 5 to 25 mph. Temps will range from 7C to 15C
Friday – Winds shift a little to come from the South and South West at times still South Easterly. It will become milder and we should see plenty of sunshine and its expected to be dry. But to note this a long way off as yet so plenty can change. Winds of 5 to 30 mph. Temps of 8C to 16C
Long range – Staying settled but winds are expected to increase again.
