Good evening Western Isles on this Monday evening we are seeing dry conditions across the Western Isles. A mixture of sunshine and cloud. Winds are mostly light.
Overnight – We are going to see a mixture of clear skies and cloud. A few showers are possible but for most its going to stay dry. Winds of 5 to 10 mph but gusting 20 to 30 mph across the Uists and Barra.
Morning – To start we will see some decent and prolonged sunshine. However cloud will rapidly increase and move into all areas. A few showers are likely but these are expected to be mostly confined to the Uists and Barra. Winds will be 10 to 20 mph gusting 20 to 40 mph across the Uists and Barra.
Afternoon – We are going to see an increase in the number of showers. Some of these will be heavy at times. In the breaks in the showers some decent sunny spells. Winds of 10 to 20 mph gusting 30 mph across the Uists and Barra.
Evening – Will see the winds ease down across the Western Isles. Further showers once again. A few of these will be heavy at times. In between some decent sunny spells but plenty of cloud around. Winds of 5 to 15 mph.
Winds will be Southerly and South Easterly direction and temps will range from 6C to 13C
