Mondays forecast – Some sunshine.

Good evening Western Isles on this Sunday evening we are seeing some rain moving across the Western Isles. This rain is slow moving and heavy in places. Showery elsewhere with plenty of cloud and brisk North Easterly winds.

Overnight – The band of rain will be slow moving as it pushes across the rest of the Western Isles. Brisk winds but once this rain clears away we are going to see a mostly fine and dry night. A mixture of clear skies and cloud. There is a risk of some frost and ice forming in more sheltered spots.  Winds of 10 to 20 mph.

Morning and afternoon – Will be mostly fine and dry. We are going to see a scattering of showers. Some of these will be heavy at times. Some decent and prolonged sunshine but quite bit of cloud. Winds of 5 to 20 mph.

Evening – Should be fine and mostly dry. A few lingering showers. Plenty of evening sunshine with variable amounts of cloud. Winds of 5 to 20 mph.

Winds will be Northerly and North Easterly direction and temps will range from 2C to 10C
