Week ahead – A mixed week

Good evening Western Isles for the upcoming week we are going to see cold settled start to the week but turning more unsettled as the week goes on.

Tuesday – Is forecast to be a fine and dry day. Plenty of sunshine and it will be prolonged sunshine. Variable amounts of cloud. A chilly wind. Winds of 10 to 30 mph from the North Easterly direction. Temps of 3C to 10C

Wednesday – After a sunny start. Winds are expected to increase and cloud will push in with some light rain and drizzle. Winds of 10 to 30 mph gusting 40 mph from the North East and temps will range from 2C to 9C

Thursday – Overnight rain which will be heavy at times becoming drier as we go into Thursday day times. Its going to be a mixture of sunshine and cloud. A few patchy showers. Winds of 10 to 30 mph gusting 40 mph.

Friday – A long way off as yet so plenty can and will change between now and then but we are going to see quite a showery day. Some of these heavy at times. In between some decent sunny spells. Westerly and North Westerly winds of 20 to 40 mph. Temps will range from 5C to 10C
