Good evening Western isles on this Sunday evening we are seeing a fairly dry end to the day. A few heavy showers around. Brisk winds and some sunshine. For most after a wet day it’s dry.
The rest of this evening will see further heavy showers move across the Western isles.
Unsurprisingly today’s view from space once again shows overcast conditions across the Western isles.
Monday is going to see a showery day. A mixture of sunshine and cloud. The morning is also going to be windy with winds gusting 40/50 mph. The strongest being across the Uists and Barra. The showers will be on and off throughout the day. Winds will ease as the day goes onl
Across the UK it’s fairly settled but low pressure dominates the weather across Scotland and it’s associated fronts bringing rain.
Tuesday will see showers easing and we should see a dry end to the day with plenty of sunshine which will be prolonged. Winds will ease. It will feel chilly.
Across the UK a developing area of low pressure forms in the Irish and will bring some rain to Ireland and Wales.
Wednesday looks set to be another wet day with further rain pushing across the Western isles and this will be accompanied by brisk winds.
Across the UK the weather here is fine and settled.
Long range and a mixed week on the cards some days of sunshine and dry conditions but the wind and rain will never be to far away.
