Good evening Western Isles on this Thursday evening we are seeing rain across large parts of the Western isles. This is heavy in places and persistent. Most of the rain will clear by late this evening. Brisk winds.
Overnight – We are going to see a few lingering showers around. These will clear away as the night goes on. It will be a chilly night. A mixture of clear skies and cloud. Some mist and fog patches are going to form. We are going to see some early morning sunshine. Winds of 10 to 30 mph.
Morning – We are going to see a largely fine and dry morning. Prolonged sunshine for most even wall to wall sunshine. Variable amounts of cloud. The odd shower cannot be ruled out but for most its expected to be dry. Winds of 10 to 30 mph.
Afternoon – Its expected to be more sunshine which will be prolonged with variable amounts of cloud. These clouds bubbling up could result in a few showers which could be occasionally heavy. It will feel warm with temps getting to the mid to high tens. Winds of 10 to 25 mph
Evening – Plenty of sunshine and again it will be prolonged. Still feeling warm. A few showers again are possible but they should die out. Variable amounts of cloud but this will increase by late evening. Winds of 5 to 20 mph.
Winds will be Southerly and South Easterly direction before shifting North Easterly direction to end the day. Temps will range from 5C to 16C
