On this Thursday morning we are seeing an overcast start to the day with some clear spells brisk winds. Some heavy showers across south Uist and Barra at the moment.
Pollen forecast for today is low.
Across the highlands and islands on Wednesday Stornoway was the sunniest with 6.0 hours of sunshine.
Today – we are going to see heavy rain push into the Western isles. The heaviest will be across the Uists and Barra. We will see rain pushing into lewis but less heavy here. Increasing amounts of sunshine this evening which will be prolonged at times. Brisk north easterly winds of 20/35 mph.
Friday – should see a mostly dry day. Plenty of sunshine which will be prolonged at times. Winds will ease.
Saturday – will see breezy conditions with some showers.
Sunday – again should be a mostly settled day.
