Monday morning brief

Good Morning Western Isles this is your morning brief

On this Monday morning we are seeing a showery start to the day. Some of these heavy in places. Brisk winds. Plenty of cloud with some sunshine.

We have a risk of thunderstorms today. Plenty of uncertainty exists as to when the greatest chance of seeing any. We could miss them entirely. The greatest risk is South of us and across the mainland. But any reports to this page as ever would be greatly appreciated.

Pollen forecast for today is low.

Today – the lingering early morning rain clears to showery rain. Some sunshine in between. Risk of thunderstorms as the day goes on as the showers becoming more heavy with hail mixed in. Brisk winds. Becoming drier and sunnier as we go into the evening.

Tuesday – another showery day with brisk winds gusting to 40 mph and some sunshine in between.

Wednesday – further showers and at times sunny spells staying breezy.

Thursday – showers again and brisk winds.

Have a great Monday
