Wednesdays forecast – high pressure

Good evening Western Isles on this Tuesday evening we are seeing a dry end to the day. A mixture of clear skies and cloud. Most of the cloud is across Lewis and Parts of Harris.

Overnight – We are going to see a mostly dry night the odd spot of rain or odd shower cannot be ruled out. We are going to see a mixture of clear skies and cloud. Plenty of early morning sunshine to wake up to come the morning. Winds of 10 to 30 mph

Morning and afternoon – We are going to see plenty of sunshine. Prolonged sunshine. Variable amounts of cloud which will prove more stubborn to shift across Lewis. Feeling warm in the sunshine. The odd shower cannot be ruled out but these are expected to be light.  Winds of 10 to 30 mph we could see some gusts reaching 40 mph across Uists at times.

Evening – Cloud increases across the Western Isles. Some sunshine but the cloud is expected to dominate. The odd spell of light rain cannot be ruled out but again most places staying dry. Winds of 10 to 30 mph with a chance of some stronger gusts reaching 40 mph.

Winds will be Northerly and North Westerly direction and temps will range from 6C to 17C
