Thursdays forecast – Overcast then sunshine

Good evening Western Isles on this Wednesday evening we are seeing an overcast end to the day . Cloud has been stubborn to shift all day with some sunshine.

Overnight – We are going to see a cloud dominated night. It should be a dry night. But some light rain cannot be ruled. Some clear spells at times. Winds of 5 to 15 mph.

Morning – A mostly overcast morning across the Western isles. It should be dry but again the odd light shower cannot be ruled out. Some sunny spells and these will increase as we go into the late morning and early afternoon. Winds of 5 to 15 mph.

Afternoon and evening – We are expecting to see plenty of sunshine. But again this will depend on how quickly the stubborn to shift cloud breaks. When it does we should see prolonged sunshine. Feeling warm as well. It should be dry. Winds of 5 to 15 mph.

Winds will be Northerly and North Easterly direction and temps will range from 9C to 17C
