Tuesdays forecast – Dull overcast, rain, mist and fog.
Good evening Western Isles on this Monday evening rain is moving across the Western Isles. The rain is heavy in places. Across most of Lewis is dry at this stage but cloud is pushing into all areas. The winds are mostly light.
Overnight – Further rain is going to move across the Western Isles. This will be heavy at times and possibly persistent for a spell. We are going to see an overcast night with mist and low cloud also forming. Winds of 20 to 30 mph
Morning – Is going to again see further spells of rain. Again this will be heavy at times. The cloud will dominate. Mist and fog with low cloud will make conditions difficult at times. Winds of 10 to 20 mph.
Afternoon – We could see a few sunny spells cropping up. But for most the cloud will dominate. The rain will be mostly light and drizzly at this point. We are going to see occasional spells of heavier rain at times. Mist fog and low cloud once again in patches that could become more widespread as the afternoon goes on. Winds of 5 to 20 mph.
Evening – Will see an overcast end to the day. Further spells of light rain and drizzle. The cloud dominating with further mist and low cloud. Winds of 0 to 15 mph.
