Good good afternoon Western Isles and welcome to your latest Weather Watch.
On this Tuesday afternoon we are seeing overcast conditions across the Western Isles. It has dried up compared to the morning however we are still seeing light rain and drizzle and mist and low cloud, with some fog patches. Winds are also very light and it’s feeling mild.
The rest of this evening is going to see further overcast conditions. With more spells of light rain and drizzle. Winds will be light but it will feel humid.

Wednesday across the Western Isles is going to see another cloud dominated day. With further spells of rain which will be heavy at times. When the rain becomes lighter we are going to see further light rain and drizzle. Mist low cloud and fog is likely again. It will feel mild and humid and winds will be light.
Across the UK on Wednesday heavy and thundery showers for parts of Scotland. Isolated showers elsewhere. With warm and sunny weather for the south of the UK.
Thursday across the Western Isles and once again we are going to see further showers. Plenty of cloud and some sunny spells. Winds will be mostly light.
Across the UK on Thursday heavy and thundery showers for the north and east of the UK. Weather fronts are keeping the weather unsettled.
Friday across the Western Isles and we are expecting to see a drier and brighter day. Plenty of cloud around but increasing amount of sunshine as the day goes on. We will see brisk winds and it will feel cooler than of late.
Friday across the UK and high-pressure is building and pushes across the UK. It slowly becomes drier with sunny spells.
Looking ahead to the weekend across the Western Isles it’s starting to look a lot more settled. We are likely to see plenty of sunshine and milder temperatures. Still this is a reasonably long way off so plenty can I will change between now and then. But I will keep you updated.
