Good evening Western Isles on this Sunday evening we are seeing a few sharp and heavy showers moving across the Western Isles. Some of these are heavy and persistent in places. In between plenty of cloud with some sunshine.
Overnight – We are going to see an overcast night with any lingering showers clearing away. We are going to see some mist and fog patches. The greatest risk will be across the Uists and Harris. In between the cloud, we will see some clear skies.
Monday day – It’s going to be an overcast day across the Uists and Barra. The cloud will dominate with some sunny spells. Some early morning mist and fog patches that will clear. It will be mostly fine and dry. However, a few showers are possible as the day goes on and these could be thundery. For Lewis and Harris, we are going to see some decent and prolonged sunshine with a few showers developing later. Feeling warm. Winds of 0 to 20 mph.
Evening – More of the same the cloud dominating and some sunshine the best of which will be across Lewis and Harris. Some showers again which could be heavy.
Winds will be variable but at times North Easterly and temps will range from 13C to 21C
