Wednesday’s forecast – Mist and mostly dry

Good evening Western Isles on this Tuesday evening we are seeing a mostly fine and dry end to the day. A mixture of clear skies and cloud. Winds are light. There is some rain moving into the Minch from the mainland that could bring some heavy rain into Lewis in the next few hours.

Overnight – We are going to see a mostly dry night. With a mixture of clear skies and cloud. Some showers moving across lewis in the next couple of hours which will be heavy at times. Some mist and low cloud. Winds of 0 to 15 mph.

Wednesday day – It should be a mostly dry day. Some light rain and drizzle with low cloud. Variable amounts of cloud. Stubborn across lewis and harris. We should see plenty of sunshine despite this. The sunshine will be prolonged at times. Winds of 0 to 20 mph.

Winds will be Northerly and North Westerly direction and temps will range from 12C to 19C
