Sundays forecast – Yet more showers

Good evening, Western Isles on this Saturday evening we are seeing heavy and intense showers moving across the Western Isles. A few drier slots but its still windy with winds gusting 30 to 40 mph occasionally 50 mph.

Overnight – We are going to see further spells of showery rain which again will be heavy at times. In between some clear spells but plenty of cloud. Winds of 10 to 30 mph.

Morning and afternoon – Further showers that again will be heavy and possibly thundery. Occasional lighter showers. Some sunny spells and decent at times in the drier interludes. Winds of 20 to 40 mph.

Evening – Into the evening and conditions will become drier and brighter. We are going to see a few lingering showers. Some sunshine. Plenty of cloud. Winds of 10 to 30 mph.

Winds will be from the North West and temps will range from 11C to 16C
