Thursday’s forecast – Yeah more rain

Good evening Western isles on this Wednesday evening we are seeing some heavy showers moving across the Western Isles. Elsewhere plenty of cloud and some clear skies and its breezy.

Overnight – We are going to see a mixture of clear skies and cloud. Some showers and these will at times will be heavy. Winds of 10 to 25 mph.

Morning – Will see winds strengthen and we are going to see heavy and persistent rain sweeping across the Western Isles. Winds of 20 to 40 mph gusting 50 mph.

Afternoon and evening – We are again to see a mixture of sunshine and showers. These at times will be heavy but becoming increasingly lighter as the evening goes on. We are going to see plenty of dry interludes in between with some decent sunshine in the breaks in the cloud. Winds of 20 to 40 mph and at times reaching 50 mph.

Winds will be from the South and South West and temps will range from 8C to 16C
