Monday 2nd September Weather Watch

Good evening Western isles on this Monday evening we are seeing mostly overcast conditions with some sunshine. Brisk winds.

Tuesday across the Western isles will see another showery day with some sunny spells and brisk winds. Slightly milder then off late.

Wednesday across the Western isles will see sunshine and showers. We will also see strong winds and risk of gales. Gusting yo to 50 mph.

Thursday across the Western isles will see another cast day. Further spells of rain. Winds of 30/40 mph.

In global weather news hurricane Dorian is slow moving hurricane bringing strong winds and damaging conditions. It’s a very difficult situation. The latest updates and can be found via the National Hurricane centre website.

And last night the hurricane centre aircraft grabbed this image inside Dorian. This image is breathtaking.
