Good evening Western isles on this Thursday evening we are seeing spells of rain which are heavy in places. Some longer spells of rain and blustery winds.
Overnight – Further showers at times with plenty of dry spells. Winds staying blustery. Some clear skies at times with plenty of cloud. Winds of 20 to 40 mph.
Morning – A few lingering heavy showers these will clear allowing for sunshine and some light showers. Cloud breaking but staying fairly breezy. Winds of 15 to 30 mph gusting 40 mph.
Afternoon – For most fine dry and sunny with some decent and prolonged sunshine with variable amounts of cloud. The odd scattered shower cannot be ruled out and wind easing. Winds 10 to 25 mph.
Evening – Again mostly fine and dry the odd scattered showers plenty of cloud with some decent sunshine and clear spells to end the day. Winds of 10 to 20 mph.
Winds will be from the West and North West and temps of 8C to 14C
