The rest of the evening will see a few scattered showers around. A mixture of sunshine and cloud. Some decent and prolonged sunshine at times.

Tuesday across the Western isles will see a fairly settled day. Some early morning sunshine. Winds under 20 mph. Cloud increases and then rain pushes into the evening and will be heavy at times.
Wednesday across the Western isles and little or no change. Light rain and drizzle. Overcast and mostly light winds.
Thursday across the Western isles and again there is very little change. Cloud dominates with light rain and drizzle. High pressure stays in control.
Long range turning windy for the weekend but staying mostly settled.
In global weather news hurricane Humberto is looking powerful this evening. Expected to race North East in the coming days.
