Good evening Western Isles on this Friday evening wwe are seeing a fine and dry end to the day. Clear skies and some stubborn to clear clouds. Winds are fairly light across Lewis and Harris. Stronger for the Uists and Barra.
Overnight – We are going to see a fine and dry night. Plenty of clear skies. Some mist and fog patches. Winds of 5 to 10 mph for lewis and Harris gusting 30 to 40 mph for Uists and barra.
Saturday – Sunshine again. unbroken and at times wall to wall sunshine. A few stubborn to clear clouds. It should be dry but the odd shower cannot be ruled out. Winds of 5 to 20 mph but gusting 40 mph for Uists and Barra.
Evening – Plenty of sunshine. However, the cloud will slowly start to build in. There is a slight chance of some light rain or drizzle. But for most, it will stay dry. Winds again 5 to 20 mph but gusting 40 mph for Uists and Barra.
Winds will be from the South East and temps will range from 9C to 20C
