The rest of the evening will see further outbreaks of rain which will be heavy at times. Heaviest across the Uists and Barra.
Thursday across the Western isles will see overnight heavy rain. A mixture of sunshine and showers as the day goes on. Brisk winds and still feeling warm.
Friday across the Western isles and we are going to see another day of sunshine and showers. Occasionally heavy but fairly well scattered and brisk winds.
Saturday across the Western isles and ages. More sunshine and showers. These heaviest for Lewis and Harris. Plenty of sunshine and dry conditions. Feeling cooler then of late.
Looking ahead towards the end of the weekend and into next week and it will stay fairly settled but turn cooler.
