On this Friday morning we are going to see a mixture of sunshine and cloud. Winds are still brisk winds gusting to 40 mph, but it’s largely fine and dry. Feeling a little warmer then the last few mornings.
across the Highlands and Islands on Thursday South Uist was the wettest with 3.0 mm of rainfall.
Today – plenty of blue skies and sunshine. Feeling warm but but a brisk wind. Variable amounts of cloud. The odd shower cannot be ruled out but most places will stay dry.
Saturday – will see a windy day with strong winds and heavy rain.
Sunday – outbreaks of rain and blustery winds.
Monday – will see gales possibly the strongest of the season so far reaching 60 mph maybe a little stronger.
Tuesday – staying windy with further gales.
