On this Friday morning, we are seeing a much improved day then off late. Still plenty of cloud around with a few scattered showers but we are also seeing some sunshine. Winds gusting 32 mph across the Uists.

Across the Highlands and island on Thursday Harris Quidnish had the lowest maximum temperature of 15.5C

Pollen forecast for today is low

Today – We are still going to see plenty of sunshine. Decent spells of sunshine however things have trended towards more cloud for the rest of today. The sunshine will be hazy at times. A few scattered showers. Winds of 10 to 20 mph gusting 30 mph for the Uists and Barra.

Saturday and Sunday – Sunshine and showers. These heavy at times brisk winds gusting 30 mph.

Monday – Showery start with increasing amounts of sunshine later. Winds ease as the day goes on.
