Saturday’s forecast – Sunshine and showers.

Good evening Western Isles on this Friday evening we are seeing a mixture of sunshine and cloud with a few mainly light showers. Brisk winds. Winds gusting up to 30 mph this evening.

Overnight – We are going to see some showers and these will be heavy at times. In between, we are going to see some clear skies. ( This will give us a better chance of then of late of seeing the comet) Into the early hours and we are going to see some sunshine. Winds of 10 to 30 mph.

Morning and afternoon – Plenty of sunshine which will be prolonged at times. However, we are going to see squally showers and these will be heavy at times. Some decent and prolonged sunny spells. Winds of 20 to 40 mph. So that will take the edge off the temperatures.

Evening – Further showers into the evening again heavy at times. Not everyone will see showers. We are going to see further sunshine which will again be decent. Winds of 20 to 40 mph.

Winds will be from the South West and temps of 8C to 15C
