Sunday morning brief

Good morning Western Isles this is your morning brief

Sorry for the late update this morning. I was up too late last night trying to find a comet instead found cloud 😞

On this Sunday morning, we are seeing some heavy showers around. Plenty of cloud with some sunshine. Winds are still gusting 40 mph across the Uists and Barra under 20 mph for Lewis and Harris.
Pollen forecast for today is low.

Today – We are going to see a day of sunshine and showers. These will be heavy at times. Some decent sunshine in the breaks in the cloud. Winds will gust 30 to 40 mph throughout the morning and afternoon. By the evening under 20 mph. Not everyone will see the showers as they will be fairly well scattered. Becoming drier and brighter in the evening as the showers become more scattered Temps of 8C to 16C

Monday – Winds ease under 20 mph. Sunshine and showers.

Tuesday – A dry start with sunshine and then showers increase with the risk of rain later.
Wednesday – Overcast with further spells of rain. Brisk winds.

Long range – Looking more settled towards the end of next week before the risk of rain increases into the weekend.
Have a great day.
