Thursday’s forecast – Mainly fine and dry. Warm!!

Good evening Western Isles on this Wednesday evening we are seeing some patchy rain and drizzle. This is mainly light but some heavier spells in places. For most its dry overcast with some light rain and drizzle. Winds are under 15 mph.

Overnight – We are going to see a mainly dry night. Some light rain and drizzle. Occasional mist and low cloud. A mixture of clear skies and cloud. Winds of 0 to 25 mph.

Morning and afternoon – it should be fine and dry with plenty of sunshine. Still quite a lot of cloud. Some light rain cannot be ruled out but most places are expected to stay dry. It will become warmer with winds increasing into the late afternoon Winds of 10 to 30 mph gusting 40 mph.

Evening – Should be fine and dry for most. A chance of some rain creeping in from the West later. It will warm and windy. We will see a mixture of sunshine and cloud. Winds of 10 to 30 mph gusting 40 mph across the Uists and Barra. We could see 50 mph here.

Winds will be from the South and South East and temps of 11C to 18C possibly get 20C I wouldn’t rule it out.
