Good afternoon and welcome to Saturdays Weather Watch taking a look at the weather for the islands, the UK and around the Globe.
On this Saturday afternoon we are seeing a mixture of blue skies and sunshine with light winds. Its feeling warm but the highest temp so far today has been 16C. Winds are under 20 mph.

Sunday – Across the islands will be fine and dry with a mixture of sunshine and cloud. Winds will be light. More cloud is expected then on Saturday. Winds will be light again. Temps could reach 20C
Across the UK another hot day for the South and South East of England. Drier for the Scotland and Northern Ireland. Heavy showers thundry at times for England and Wales but mainly dry.
Monday – Across the UK lots of uncertainty as yet. Thunderstorm warning in place. Thundery showers in places. Heavy with hail mixed in which could be large. For the islands mainly dry but increasing risk of thundery showers for the evening and overnight into Tuesday.
Tuesday – Again across the UK much uncertainty as yet. Further thundery showers and a Met Office warning is in place. Winds will be mainly light. Will keep you updated.
