Good afternoon and welcome to Sundays Weather Watch taking a look at the weather for the islands, the UK and around the Globe.
On this Sunday afternoon we have seen wall to wall to sunshine for most. We have seen some cloud and a max temp so far of 20C. Winds are light.

Monday – A mainly fine and dry day with light winds across the islands. Some early morning mist and fog. Winds will be light. The odd shower is possible which could be thundery. Feeling warm again.
For the UK showers breaking out and these will be thundery and heavy with risk of large hail. Best of the drier and brighter weather for the North West of Scotland. Winds will be mainly light.
Tuesday – For the islands. Feeling warm again with light winds and risk of thundery showers which will be heavy at times. Not certain yet by any means but could occur during Tuesday evening. Dry with sunshine away from any showers.
For the UK heavy showers these thundery again with dry bright and sunny periods away from the showers. Feeling hot again in the South and warm elsewhere.
Wednesday – across the islands will be mainly fine and dry and overcast with a chance of some showers again which could be thundery. Winds will be light. Sunshine at time.
For the UK again further thundery showers which will be heavy at times. Dry and bright away from the storms with plenty of sunshine and feeling hot again in the South and warm elsewhere.
