Tuesday’s forecast – Plenty of dry conditions. Sunny with a chance of some thundery showers.

The next two days see a yellow weather warning of thunderstorms across the Western isles from the Met Office and a flood alert from SEPA for the very latest see the Met Office and SEPA websites.

On this Monday evening, we are seeing fine and dry conditions with plenty of sunshine and high level cloud. Winds are light. Temps in the mid to high teens.

Overnight – A mixture of clear skies and clouds. Winds will be light. Some showers will move in during the early hours and these could be heavy and thundery. Where they do occur they could be slow moving. Winds of 0 to 10 mph.

Morning – For most, it will be fine and dry with a mixture of sunshine and cloud. A few showers possibly thundery. These will be most likely across Lewis and Harris. Some decent and prolonged sunshine away from the showers. Winds of 0 to 15 mph.

Afternoon and Evening – Any lingering showers will clear away to leave fine and dry conditions with plenty of sunshine. Prolonged sunshine. Feeling warm again. Winds of 0 to 15 mph.

Wind winds will be from variable directions and temps of
12C to 20C
