On this Friday morning, we are seeing a mixture of sunshine and cloud. A few showers around. Feeling pleasant in the sunshine. Winds have been gusting up to 35 mph. Overnight low of 10.5C

Across the Highlands and Eilean Siar on Thursday Stornoway was the sunniest with 2.2 hours of sunshine

Today – Showery rain. These will be well scattered and not everyone will see showers. These showers heavy at times. We are going to see some decent and prolonged spells of sunshine in the breaks in the cloud. The best of the sunshine will be in the afternoon and evening. Despite the sunshine, temperatures will struggle with the North and North East wind. Temps of 9C to 14C. Winds gusting 15 to 35 mph.

Saturday – A mixture of sunshine and cloud. Again feeling cool and with a few showers around. Lighter winds.

Sunday – Overcast with sunny spells and mainly light winds.

Monday – Cloudy and winds increase with some spells of rain. Windiest by the evening.
