Good afternoon Western isles this is just a quick weather watch blog today.

Saturday – high pressure dominates. A day of sunshine and cloud with light winds. Feeling warm. Misty and foggy start with the greatest risk during the early hours of the morning. Winds from variable direction and temps of 11C to 18C

Sunday – high pressure remains firmly in charge and we are going to see an overcast day across the islands. Some light rain. Winds mainly under 10 mph but increasing from the South later gusting 30 mph.

Monday – low pressure and a cold front from the associated low will bring a slight change to our weather on Monday. After a dry start heavy rain will move in during the late afternoon and evening. Winds will gust 30/40 mph.
