Good evening Western isles on this Wednesday evening we are seeing spells of rain moving across the Western Isles. This is heavy in places. It is feeling cooler as well. Winds gusting 40 mph. Todays highest temp of 11.3C
Overnight – We are going to see plenty of clear skies. The initial spells of rain will clear away. The odd shower cannot be ruled out. It will turn chilly under the clear skies. Winds under 10 mph and temps as low as 3C in spots.
Morning and afternoon – It will feel chilly. We are going to see showers and these will merge into some longer spells of rain. The showers heavy at times with a risk of hail mixed in. The odd rumble of thunder cannot be ruled out. Winds of 10 to 25 mph.
Evening – Again further spells of rain which will be heavy and persistent at times. Some clear skies at times. Winds of 10 to 30 mph.
