Tuesday’s forecast – More sunshine.

Good evening Western Isles on this Monday evening we are seeing heavy squally showers moving across the islands. Cloud and some clear spells. Winds gusting 30 to 40 mph and today’s high of 12C

Overnight – We are going to see further spells of rain and showers. These heavy at times. Mainly overcast with some clear spells. Winds of 20 to 40 mph.

Morning and afternoon – Any lingering showers will move away and again heavy at times. Mainly fine and dry with plenty of sunshine. Even prolonged sunshine. The odd scattered showers but most places will stay dry. Winds of 10 to 35 mph.

Evening – Mainly clear skies with variable amounts of cloud. Some scattered showers. Winds of 10 to 30 mph.

Winds will be from the North East and temps of 5C to 12C
