Western Isles rainfall totals and update for 19th/20th October.

This is update to the rainfall totals that have fallen across the Western Isles and the latest from SEPA.

The heaviest of the rain is now slowly starting to clear away from the Western Isles. This is the 1300 radar from Netweather
