Good evening Western Isles on this Tuesday evening we are seeing a mainly dry end to the day as the main band of rain has moved away. Some clear skies and a few scattered showers. A mixture of clear skies and cloud. Today’s high of 10.1C. Winds under 20 mph but gusting 35 mph for the Uists and Barra.
Overnight – We are going to see some showers these heavy at times but fairly well scattered. Some clear skies and cloud. Overnight low of 4C to 5C Winds gusting 20 to 40 mph.
Morning and afternoon – We are going to see a mixture of sunshine and squally showers. Heavy at times. Fairly well scattered but most frequent across the Uists and Barra. Some decent spells of sunshine. Wind gusting 20 to 40 mph strongest for the Uists and Barra.
Evening – Further squally showers heavy at times. Merging into some longer spells of rain. Some clear skies and variable amounts of cloud. Winds of 20 to 40 mph.
