Tuesdays forecast – Sunshine and scattered showers.

Good evening Western Isles on this Monday evening we are seeing a mainly fine and dry end to the day. A few scattered showers. A mixture of clear skies and cloud. Winds under 20 mph and today high of 10.7C

Overnight – We are going to see a mixture of clear skies and cloud. A few showers some of these heavy at times. Winds of 10 to 20 mph with some gusts reaching 30 mph. Overnight lows down to 3/4C

Morning and afternoon – Some decent and prolonged spells of sunshine but a few sharp showers around. Some of these heavy in places but they will be fairly well scattered. Winds gusting 20 to 30 mph reaching 40 mph for the Uists and Barra.

Evening – A mixture of clear skies and cloud. A few showers which could merge into some longer spells of rain. Winds of 20 to 30 mph gusting 40 mph at times.

Winds will be from the West and North West and temps of 4C to 10C
