Bonfire night extra forecast

Welcome to an extra forecast covering bonfire night weather for the Western Isles.

Most recent radar grab is showing a mixture of clear skies and cloud. It is dry with brisk winds.

So for this evening across the Western Isles we are expecting to see fine dry conditions for most. A mixture of clear skies and cloud. Some patchy light rain and drizzle is possible after 8 pm. The cloud will thicken in further after 7pm.

Winds will be gusting 20 to 30 mph. So it is quite a brisk wind. After 8pm you looking at winds starting to gust towards 40 mph. Throughout the evening winds will come from the South West.

Temps of around 7 to 11C which isn’t at all bad for this time of year. Feeling cooler in the wind chill.
