On this Tuesday morning we a mixture of clear skies and cloud. Some rain which is heavy in places. Overnight low of 11.9C Winds under 10 mph for the Lewis and Harris and gusting 30 mph for the Uists and Barra.

Today – Another mainly overcast day. The cloud dominating with some sunny spells. Some scattered showers. We are going to see some heavy rain move in during the evening. Winds gusting 20 to 40 mph. At times reaching 50 mph later for the Uists and Barra.

Wednesday – Heavy rain and strong winds for most of the day. The winds will gust 30 to 40 mph at times reaching 50 mph possibly 60 mph at times.

Thursday – A dry start and it will be chilly with cloud increasing. Spells of rain which will be heavy at times. Winds will increase gusting 30 to 40 mph at times reaching 50 mph.

Friday – Sunshine and showers with winds gusting 30 to 40 mph at times reaching 50 mph.
