Overnight – We a re going to see some heavy showers moving across the Western Isles with rain to start the night. We are going to see winds gusting 40 to 50 mph. Some spots gusting 60 mph for the Uists and Barra.
Morning and afternoon – We are going to see some decent and prolonged spells of sunshine. However, there will be some heavy showers which at times will merge into some longer spells of rain. These will clear fairly quickly on the strong wind. Winds gusting 40 to 50 mph. We could see some gusts reaching 60 mph.
Evening – We are going to see a mixture of clear skies and cloud. Further scattered showers moving across the Western Isles. Winds will gust 40 to 50 mph.
