On this Saturday we are seeing rain and showers across the Western Isles. Plenty of dry conditions. Mainly overcast with some clear spells. Winds gusting 30 to 40 mph and the overnight low of 7C
Across the highlands and islands on Friday Stornoway had the highest maximum temperature of 10.5C
Today – We are going to see some rain and showers. These squally and heavy at times. In between, we are going to see some sunny spells. Into the evening we are going to see some rain moving in during the evening which will be heavy at times. Winds are going to gust 30 to 40 mph possibly reaching 50 mph at times. Winds will be from the South and South East. Temps of 7C to 12C
Sunday – Sunshine and showers. Winds gusting 30 to 40 mph in the early morning but easing under 20 mph to end the day.
Monday – Further spells of rain. Heavy at times. Winds gusting 30 to 40 mph.
Tuesday – Heavy rain and gales. We are going to see gales possibly severe gales. Further heavy and possibly persistent rain.
