On this Tuesday morning, we are seeing rain and showers with some drizzle. Mainly overcast with some clear spells. Winds of 10 to 30 mph. Overnight low of 9.7C
Today – after a wet night we are going to see overcast conditions with morning and afternoon. Rain and drizzle. Some sunny spells. Winds gusting to 30 mph. Heavy rain moving in during the late afternoon and evening The rain will become persistent at times. Winds will be from the South and South West. Temps of 9C to 13C
Wednesday – Heavy and persistent rain easing later in the day but light winds to start the day but increasing as the day goes on. Drier to end the day. Strong winds gusting 40 to 50 mph possibly 60 mph at times.
Thursday – A cold day with overcast conditions. Some early morning rain. Risk of frost and ice later in the day as temps dip close to or below freezing. The odd wintry shower cannot be ruled out.
Friday – Spells of rain heavy at times with winds gusting 40 to 50 mph. Strongest for the Uists and Barra turning milder again.
