Overnight – We are going to see spells of rain which will be heavy at times. A mixture of clear skies and cloud. Winds will increase and it will become milder with some mist and fog patches. Winds of 20 to 40 mph.
Morning and afternoon – Rounds of rain will sweep across the islands. This rain will be heavy and persistent in places. Some sunny spells but the cloud will dominate. Winds of 20 to 40 mph gusting 50 mph.
Evening – Rain and showers with some lighter and patchier rain. We are going to see some clear skies and cloud. Winds of 20 to 40 mph gusting 50 possibly 60 mph for the Uists and Barra.
Winds will be from the West and South West. Temps of 4C to 12C milder as the day goes on.
