Good evening Western Isles we are seeing rain and squally showers piling into the Western Isles. These are heavy and wintry in places. Today high of 10.5C. Winds gusting 40 to 60 mph.
Overnight – We are going to see further squally showers. Heavy at times possibly wintry. In between plenty of clear skies. Winds of 20 to 40 mph gusting 50 to 55 mph.
Morning and afternoon – Winds easing a little and we are going to see further rounds of squally showers moving across the Western Isles. Heavy and possibly thundery at times. Some sleet and hail mixed in. Some sunshine in between. Not everyone will see showers. Winds of 10 to 20 mph gusting 30 to 40 mph.
Evening – Further squally showers moving across the Western Isles. Again possibly wintry at times. In between plenty of clear skies. Winds of 10 to 30 mph.
